What can I expect during my first session?
Whether you are attending counselling for your own needs or the concerns of your child, the first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, explore what is bring you to therapy, establish therapy goals and develop a plan to move forward.

What are your hours?
I currently hold weekday morning, afternoon and evening appointments.
Appointments can be booked by phone or email.

What are your fees?
The fee for session is $200 per 55-minutes. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes! If finances are a barrier for you to access counselling services, please reach out to discuss further. The sliding scale at Luminescence Creative Counselling offers a range of 10% - 20% off each session. In order for the sliding scale to be sustained, there are a set number of spaces available.

What are your payment methods?
Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer and credit card.

Do you provide direct billing?
I offer direct billing with Alberta Blue Cross.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage plan. Upon payment of each session, I will provide you with a detailed receipt noting my registration number and my designation of Registered Social Work (RSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW).

What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment is held for you. If you won’t be able to make a scheduled appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelled appointments to avoid financial responsibility for the full appointment fee.
Where are you located?
My office is located at 1933a 10th Ave. SW. Suite 300.
There is 2 hour free street parking directly in front of the building.
