Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a blend of the creative process and psychotherapy, that offers a creative way to explore, enhance and express thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be difficult to articulate or understand. Art and creative self-expression is a unique way to explore the inner parts of self, fostering new ways of viewing experiences, enhances self-awareness, and supports the integration of life experiences that may be feeling unresolved.

Art Therapy is suitable for people of any age and any artistic skill level. Prior art experience is not required – just a spark of curiosity!
